In the Beginning...

The idea of it all was conceived in 2013.

We noticed that companies were struggling to find good IT support and genuine consultancy. People wanted to be helped rather than being sold to. It was time that the approach to business – customer acquisition and retention, changed. We took it up as a challenge. We wanted to make a difference in the way people perceive IT services and improve IT in general.

Decoding IT Solutions

Slowly, the introduction about the idea started taking shape. And by 2014 Decoding IT Solutions LLC. was officially established!

We started with a tiny staff of four (including the founders) and building everything from scratch.

... And The Journey Goes On

Now over 10+ years (and a larger team) later, we have provided IT solutions to 200+ companies in Oman, ranging from startups to governments and enterprises. And we still remain dedicated to our core principal – providing good IT support to our customers, as a partner, keeping sales interests aside.

To us success is a journey. We consider ourselves successful when we are contributing every day to our customers’ success journey and growing in the process.
